At the request of the Board of Directors, Whispering Oaks will be moving in a new direction:  We will be implementing a tee times system. The primary purpose is to protect the pace of play for all players.
We will b him using tee times on Friday, July 15th. Members will be able to make tee times one week out; guests may make them four days in advance. Members may begin to make tee times for the 15th, 16th, and week of the 17th on Friday, July 8th. For groups who play every day you may make your weekly tee times every Monday.
Tee times will be booked in 10-minute intervals with the last tee time at 4:30p. One member of each foursome or fivesome will need to make the tee time. We cannot book groups of six. One person cannot make two or three tee times for a group. Only two keys will be given per foursome.

ALL MEMBERS MUST CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE- EVEN THOSE WITH PERSONAL CARTS.

MEMBER PERKS

• Members may schedule tee times three days in advance of guests.
• Members will be encouraged but not required to pair up; guests must pair up with other players.
• Only members will be able to play on weekends before noon. Guests must wait until after 12:00p to play.
• Each member may bring up to three guests, but the guests must play with the member.
• Carts will not be issued to guests after two hours prior to closing.
• Members may still have carts as long as they are brought back at least by closing time.
