Whispering Oaks features Zoysia fairways and well-manicured bentgrass greens.  Each of our 18 holes features four tee boxes to accommodate all skill levels. For your convenience, a driving range and putting green are located near the clubhouse.  

Our clubhouse features a welcoming staff who will work to insure that your experience here is pleasant.  We offer a snack bar, seating area, restrooms, and pool.  You may rent clubs, carts, and range balls as well as purchase golf balls, gloves, hats, and towels in the clubhouse as well.   If you are interested in private lessons, please contact the clubhouse for information at 417-859-4470 or email us.

Our Preferences

• We prefer that you not bring alcoholic beverages with you; however, we offer a variety of Anheuser Busch products for purchase in our clubhouse.
• It is our preference that gentlemen wear sleeved shirts.
• Shirts and shoes are required in the clubhouse.

History

Designed by Larry Flatt, Marshfield Country Club opened for play on its original nine-hole layout in 1952.   In 1991, the course expanded to 18 holes. In February of 2016, the name of the course was changed to Whispering Oaks.
